Triglav

Back to shelf
Living three-headed Pomeranian grimoire portrait of Triglav with a narrow gold facial band across the eyes and lips, without invented held objects.

Triglav is securely attested as a Pomeranian deity in the Otto of Bamberg mission narratives. Two separately located passages describe three heads on one body, while the Szczecin account adds a golden band over the image's eyes and lips.
